We will not accept any Loam, Subsoil or fill from areas designated as Urban Fill areas. These would include but not limited to Boston, Brockton, Taunton, Fall River etc. There is a charge/fee for dumping all materials at our locations – prices depend on material type & truck size.

Massachusetts registered single, full, or semi-trailers used in commerce, that have a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) over 3,000 pounds or commercial vehicle/trailer combinations with a gross combined weight rating (GCVWR) of over 10,000 pounds are subject to this requirement, as are all heavy duty motor vehicles (over 10,000 pounds GVWR) and converter dollies. Trailers and converter dollies in use after January 1, 2009 must be in compliance with this new inspection.

We have our own Snow Dump Sites. When snow accumulation is critical we can haul and remove snow to our own dump sites.
Concrete & Asphalt recycling is an increasingly common method of disposing of the rubble. Concrete & Asphalt debris, once routinely shipped to landfills for disposal, is now collected from demolition sites and put through a crushing machine often along with dirt and rocks. We only accept uncontaminated concrete and asphalt, which must be free of paint, metal, wire, rebar, brick, clay pipe, trash, wood, paper and other such materials.

This inspection is sticker equivalent to the annual Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) inspection (known as a “DOT inspection”). When your vehicle/trailer receives a state safety inspection beginning October 1, 2008, you will not be required to obtain a separate annual “DOT” inspection.
